Platform Rules

TCN (Token Credit) is the platform-only prediction credit. Every new account receives 1,000,000 TCN upon registration — free, no purchase required. TCN cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or cryptocurrency in any direction. TCN has no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be withdrawn. TCN is used solely to participate in prediction markets on this platform.

Registration requires a valid email address. An OTP verification code is sent to confirm ownership. Password must be 10–128 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential — do not share your account. Sessions expire after 15 minutes of inactivity; persistent login lasts up to 30 days. You may change your password at any time from Account → Security.

Five categories are supported: ① Natural Phenomena — weather, temperature, precipitation, wind speed (31 cities worldwide). ② Price Trends — cryptocurrency, FX, commodity, equity (NYSE/NASDAQ), fixed income (US Treasury & Fed Funds). ③ Match Results — football match winner, sport score (football leagues only for exact score), NBA player props. ④ Public Events — AI leaderboard rankings, elections & referenda, cultural awards (Oscar/Grammy/Nobel etc.), esports majors, space launches, box office & ratings, streaming chart winners. ⑤ Other — free-form questions resolved manually by admin after the event.

Any registered user can open a prediction market. Lock time: 1–720 hours. After locking, no new bets are accepted. Outcomes: minimum 2, maximum 64 per market. Labels must be unique and ≤ 100 characters each. The platform overround δ = 0.1 (10%) is set by the platform and cannot be changed by users — it determines the implicit platform margin. Market creators receive a 20% discount on the rake applied to their own winnings. DPM markets require an upfront seed payment for each outcome (protects against undefined pricing). Markets that remain unsettled past their lock time can be escalated to admin for manual review.

Select an outcome and enter a share quantity. Your cost is C(q + Δ·eᵢ) − C(q) where C(q) = κ·√(Σqⱼ²) — you pay only for the marginal price impact. Odds are not fixed at purchase; the instant price is p_i = κ·qᵢ / √(Σqⱼ²), which changes with every trade. If your outcome wins: you receive 1 TCN per share held. If your outcome loses: your cost is forfeited — no refund. There is no cancellation after buying. Max single bet: 100,000,000 TCN. Your wallet shows available balance (usable) and locked balance (in open positions).

Oracle-settled markets: data is fetched automatically from the listed public source (shown on each market page). The oracle result is compared against each outcome's decision rule and the winner is determined algorithmically. Manual-settled markets (elections, awards, esports, streaming, 'Other'): the admin triggers settlement after the real-world event concludes, selecting the winning outcome. In all cases the admin has final authority to resolve disputes or data source failures. Once settled, payouts are credited to winners' wallets immediately — rake is deducted at that point. There are no refunds after settlement. Markets that cannot be settled (e.g. event cancelled) may be voided by the admin, in which case all stakes are returned.

Share your unique referral link from Account → Referrals. When someone registers via your link and wins a bet, you receive 8% of the platform rake generated from their winnings — this comes from the platform's margin, not from the referred user. The commission is credited automatically to your wallet as a REFERRER_BONUS ledger entry. There is no limit on referral earnings. The referral relationship is permanent; a user can only have one referrer (the first person whose link they used). Referral rate is 8% and may be adjusted by the platform for all users simultaneously.

When your TCN balance reaches zero, you may apply for a credit loan from Account → Credit Loan. Principal: 1,000,000 TCN per loan. Grace period: 30 days interest-free. After grace: 5% weekly interest on outstanding balance. Limit: 1/month. The loan is repaid automatically from future winnings. TCN loans are platform credits only — they are not financial debt and carry no legal obligation.

Every market displays its settlement verification source (e.g. football-data.org, FRED, Yahoo Finance, TMDB). You can independently verify the oracle result against the listed public source at any time. All bet costs, payouts, rake deductions, referral bonuses and loan entries are recorded in an append-only ledger — no entry can ever be deleted or modified. Each wallet and ledger entry is signed with Ed25519 and hashed with BLAKE3 for tamper-evidence. You can download your full transaction history from Account → Transparency.

TCN credits have no real monetary value and cannot be converted to money or assets of any kind. Participating in prediction markets on this platform is entertainment only — it is not gambling with real money and does not constitute financial advice or investment activity. Past prediction performance does not guarantee future results. The platform makes no warranty that oracle data sources will be available or accurate at all times; in the event of data source failure the admin may void or delay settlement. Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. The platform reserves the right to suspend accounts that engage in abuse, manipulation or Sybil attacks.
